We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Personalized and custom-made pieces are only eligible for return if there is a manufacturing defect or an order error on our part.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. All refunds are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the return is due to our mistake — such as an incorrect item, manufacturing defect, or damaged delivery.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time to post the refund to your account, which varies by financial institution.
